Secure chat agents
Citation-grounded, policy-validated chat agents for patient triage, retail support, billing questions, and internal knowledge — with audit trails and human escalation built in.
Learn more ↗Secure AI agents for regulated teams
Orditia designs and ships secure AI chat and voice agents for healthcare, retail, and billing — with real guardrails, HIPAA-aligned architectures, and India-first data residency. Human-in-the-loop, audit-ready, built to operate under real-world regulation.
What we do
We build production-grade chat and voice agents on top of a guardrails-first foundation, then embed the capability so your team can extend it.
Citation-grounded, policy-validated chat agents for patient triage, retail support, billing questions, and internal knowledge — with audit trails and human escalation built in.
Learn more ↗Low-latency voice agents for appointment scheduling, prior-authorization calls, order status, and collections — with barge-in, sentiment routing, and warm handoff to human agents.
Learn more ↗PII redaction, prompt-injection defense, output validation, tool-use allowlists, red-team evaluation, and audit logging — the operational layer every regulated agent needs.
Learn more ↗Extend what already works. We layer secure AI capabilities onto mature products and services — without a risky rebuild or a blank-slate fantasy.
Learn more ↗Retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent orchestration, and evaluation pipelines — durable foundations your next ten ideas can stand on.
Learn more ↗Workshops and embedded coaching that leave your team able to extend, maintain, and trust what we build together.
Learn more ↗Security & compliance
Regulated industries need agents that are auditable on day one. We build against named standards and cite the source — not the marketing brochure.
Minimum-necessary access, encryption in transit & at rest, tenant isolation, and audit trails per HHS Security Rule §164.312. BAAs with LLM providers where PHI is in scope.
HHS HIPAA Security Rule ↗India-first data residency in AWS ap-south-1 or Azure Central India. Purpose limitation, consent capture, and Data Principal rights workflows aligned to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
MeitY DPDP Act ↗Prompt-injection defense, output validators, tool-use allowlists, jailbreak red-teaming, and continuous evaluation — mapped explicitly to OWASP's LLM risk catalogue and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
OWASP LLM Top 10 ↗ NIST AI RMF ↗Access reviews, change management, incident response, and vendor risk aligned to SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and ISO/IEC 27001 controls.
AICPA SOC 2 ↗ ISO/IEC 27001 ↗For agents that touch cardholder data or payment status: tokenized handling, scoped tool access, and clear boundaries between agent and PSP — designed to keep clients out of unnecessary PCI scope.
PCI SSC ↗Client data is never used to train or fine-tune shared models. Fine-tuning, when it happens, runs on isolated tenants and the resulting weights belong to the client. Bring-your-own-model-key is supported end-to-end.
Who we build for
We pick industries where the cost of a wrong AI answer is real — and where a well-designed guardrail changes what's possible.
HIPAA-aligned. BAAs available with covered LLM providers.
Multilingual (English, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, French, and more).
PCI-DSS aware. Designed to minimize cardholder-data scope.
The transformation
Modernization does not mean starting over. It means giving your existing intelligence a way to compound.
How we ship
Every engagement follows the same rhythm: start small, prove it under load, and hand your team a system it can run without us. Hover to pause.
Before a line of code: which workflow, which constraint, which success metric. We map the compliance surface (HIPAA, DPDP, PCI where relevant) and the human escalation path.
Retrieval strategy, guardrail placement, tool allowlist, threat model, audit-log schema. The BAAs get sourced now, not the week before launch.
PII redaction, output validator, groundedness scoring, and the escalation trap are in the first build — not bolted on later. Everything is deployed in your VPC.
Prompt-injection replay, jailbreak persuasion, cross-tenant probes, tool-abuse tests. We report the score and the fixes — not just the score.
A bounded pilot with defined KPIs, a weekly evaluation cadence, and a rollback plan. The success bar is agreed before we start, not after.
Observability, ownership, runbooks, and an enablement track so your engineers extend the agent themselves. We leave with fewer secrets in our heads than when we arrived.
Illustrative outcomes from comparable engagements. Actual results depend on context.
The exploration lab
We’re early, curious, and building toward the right partnerships. Here are the kinds of opportunities we’re excited to explore with forward-looking teams.
Connect scattered documentation and operational expertise with retrieval-augmented answers your team can trust.
Use agentic workflows to triage, summarize, route, and escalate repetitive work while people stay in control.
Add intelligent features to a valuable legacy product without throwing away the foundation that made it work.
Workshops and embedded coaching that help internal teams own, extend, and trust AI systems long after handover.
Frequently asked
Straight answers to the questions procurement, security, and clinical review typically raise. If yours isn't here, ask — we'll write it up.
We build HIPAA-aligned architectures with minimum-necessary access, encryption in transit and at rest, tenant-isolated storage, and audit trails per the HHS Security Rule §164.312. Where LLM providers process PHI, we require signed Business Associate Agreements and route data only through BAA-covered endpoints.
We're model-agnostic. Common deployments run on Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI — all of which support BAAs and in-region processing. Clients can bring their own API keys, private endpoints, or self-hosted open-weight models; the guardrails layer is the same either way.
Every agent response is grounded in retrieval from an authoritative knowledge source, validated against a policy schema before it reaches the user, and — for high-stakes decisions — routed through a human-in-the-loop reviewer. We measure and report groundedness scores as part of every engagement.
We apply the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications: separated trusted vs. untrusted context, tool-use allowlists, output validators, red-team evaluation, and rate-limits on sensitive tools. Guardrails run before every model call and before every downstream action.
India-first by default: AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) or Azure Central India. For clients with US or EU footprints we deploy in-region (us-east-1, eu-west-1, etc.) to satisfy DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and HIPAA data-residency requirements.
No. Client data is never used to train or fine-tune shared models. Any fine-tuning is done on isolated tenants using only that client's data, and the resulting weights are owned by the client.
